In-store purchases and local showroom support

Last updated March 14, 2026

Defective-item returns only

Santa Rosa Hot Tubs primarily sells products through our Santa Rosa showroom. This policy is intended for in-store purchases of hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, filters, cleaning supplies, water-care products, and related accessories. We do not offer routine returns or exchanges for non-defective merchandise.

If an item is defective, sold in error, or arrives with confirmed damage, contact our team and we will review the issue. For confirmed defects, the available remedy may include repair, manufacturer warranty service, refund, or another appropriate resolution based on the product category and applicable law.

Returns accepted

Defective products only. Non-defective sales are final.

Purchase channel

This policy applies to in-store purchases made through our Santa Rosa showroom.

Hot tub warranties

Warranty coverage is tied to the specific hot tub, swim spa, or cold plunge purchased.

What qualifies for review

We accept return requests for defective products only. Smaller showroom items such as filters, cleaning tools, and water-care accessories may be reviewed for refund if they are defective at the time of sale or fail under normal intended use within the reporting window.

Larger equipment, including hot tubs, swim spas, and cold plunges, is usually handled through inspection, service support, and the manufacturer warranty that applies to the specific unit purchased. A confirmed warranty issue does not create a general right to return a non-defective spa for preference reasons.

Final-sale and non-returnable items

  • Non-defective hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, and accessories
  • Opened chemicals, water-care products, test strips, and other consumables unless confirmed defective
  • Installed parts, special orders, custom orders, clearance merchandise, and display items unless confirmed defective
  • Routine exchanges, preference-based swaps, or returns requested after use when no defect is found

How to start a defective-item return review

  1. 1Contact Santa Rosa Hot Tubs with your receipt, order details, and a description of the issue.
  2. 2For visible freight or delivery damage, notify us at delivery or within 48 hours and include photos when possible.
  3. 3For suspected product defects, contact us within 30 days of pickup, delivery, or installation so we can review the claim.
  4. 4Do not bring back large equipment or installed components without approval. Spa-related defects are typically reviewed through local service or manufacturer warranty support.

Warranties tied to specific hot tubs and larger equipment

Hot tubs, swim spas, and cold plunges are sold with the manufacturer warranty applicable to the exact brand, model, and configuration purchased. Warranty terms can vary by shell structure, surface, plumbing, pumps, heater, controls, and other components.

The written warranty provided for the specific unit purchased controls coverage periods, exclusions, and service procedures. If you want warranty details for a particular model before purchase, contact us and we will walk you through the current coverage for that spa.

You can browse current inventory on our products page and reach out for model-specific warranty information before checkout.
